I normally come to this Sally Beauty but it was randomly closed and locked up over an hour before the posted closing time. Very inconvenient
They just randomly close the store throughout the day when they feel like it so don’t go out of your way to drive there
Beautiful store, the manager was extremely friendly and knew exactly what to help me with! The other works also chimed in to give their personal opinions on certain products too. Overall great experience (:
This is the worst store ever with associates who don’t understand customer service. When I arrived the store was open but the front door was locked for 15 min, apparently the girl was over at Panera getting breakfast and coffee while a que of customers waited outside. When trying to get information she kept being unhelpful and was having difficulty putting my phone number in their system due to her nails (I had to give it to her over 6 times).
