Brina is a GEM oh my gosh. I came in, usually knowing what I get because I just have one little part of my hair I bleach and decided I wanted to try a new color. She not only got me one of the reduced ones, she was a sweetheart! I saw her interact with another customer who also agreed she’s the best! Everyone there is usually friendly but she went above and beyond to get me something that works well, is cheap and explained how to do it. She’s absolutely the best!
Very good behavior she is so nice and helpful . I accidentally took remover instead of monomer it was used but she still managed to replace it for me with a very nice attitude . Moreover, she always greet uh with a smile 🩷🩷
Lady who answered the phone answer my questions so nicely. Stopped in and got the best advice for products and it came out lovely!
