Went to order online, says product is out of stock at this location. I drive 15 mins to this store, product is in stock. Asked the associate to honor the coupon online because of said issue. The manager was incredibly rude and said “to bad guess you’ll have to pay full price” I’ve worked in retail with this issue and they aren’t cycle counting correctly considering it wasn’t just one left on the shelf of multiple items. I shopped at the Sally Beauty Supply store #10562 on 6/30/2025 at 5:40pm,the store associate was unhelpful and very rude,it was the second time this happened now with two associates. I love going to your stores but I should not have to put up with bad attitudes especially when I am spending money that I can't even afford to spend.
The black lady was so rude I had a coupon tried to apply it to all of my purchase Jim was awesome of applying the coupon and helped me with the colors I forgot one color for $10 came next morning told her the story and she said NO! Told her the story she didnt care very rude I had bad experience at that store very often the girls there NOT WILLING TO HELP specially that black lady
Ive been a licensed professional for over 17yrs and i had never encountered such a horrible experience . The black older lady which i think is a manager is severely rude and very condescending. Her customer service was horrible to the extend that it made my daughter nervous and uncomfortable. This happened twice! If you see her RUN AWAY and take your money somewhere else.
I don’t know who the new black lady is who was working the front register area, but her attitude sucks. Was she a DEI hire too?
