Manager at this location is very disrespectful to everyone that comes in and treats people like they are less than her.
I arrived at 7 Pm, waited for more than 10 minutes and no one returned. Terrible! I left the parking lot around 7/20 & still no one had returned to the store.
I went there to pick out a new color. Wanted darker richer red color and met a staff member who helped me. She chose 30 volume for my hair even though I was going darker. And told me to mix two slightly different types of product but same brand. Huge mistake listening to her. I’ve got hot roots and fried ends. Went back in to get a deep conditioner and a nice gentleman helped me. Went to order online, says product is out of stock at this location. I drive 15 mins to this store, product is in stock. Asked the associate to honor the coupon online because of said issue. The manager was incredibly rude and said “to bad guess you’ll have to pay full price” I’ve worked in retail with this issue and they aren’t cycle counting correctly considering it wasn’t just one left on the shelf of multiple items.
