I hate being this person, but, as a former goth kid Sally’s has always been the go to place for hair needs and my experiences at other locations have been absolutely pleasant. At this location however, I’ve had numerous instances where the staff members are overtly suspicious of those who come in the store. If a customer is purchasing a hair stripper it’s because they don’t want to bleach it. Please don’t direct them to a product and state it is similar when it’s bleach. Take time to learn your products. And that’s the last time I take any help from someone from sally.

The staff member who helped me was fantastic (long brown hair with bangs). She was very knowledgeable and everything she recommended worked out perfectly. I made my hair platinum from dark strawberry blonde with her recommendations. That can be a huge challenge! Thank you!!!!
