The manager at this location needs to be fired. She uses the caller ID and info from your account in order to post retaliatory reviews about your workplace. Contacted customer service and they don’t care which is actually terrifying. I will never shop at a Sally’s again.
The manager, Liz, at this location needs to be fired. She has no idea what she is doing or how to talk to clients. Sally’s will reply to a negative review and ask to email. Then when you email they just send a generic response. So basically the company could care less that this manager treats her customers like crap.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Manager Liz is completely unhinged, gives bad advice, then gaslights you when you call her on it. Sally’s doesn’t care as seen by reviews dating over a year back. Save yourself the drama and go to any other location but this one.
Love to come to this Sallys manager plus employees are always nice this Sallys is always clean and organized always friendly…
