I love to come to this sallys everybody is helpful and very friendly. I will definitely come back. They answer my questions and recommend me some of the best items!! I feel so welcome and happy sometimes i even have a little chat with them and they dont mind talking like a friend. Awesome store great job with employees!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from the MANAGER , Liz. During an exchange today, her behavior was unprofessional and frankly embarrassing. Despite her claims of extensive experience, she struggled to maintain her composure. She argued the defective nature of the product I was returning, even resorting to testing it herself with a napkin. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I experienced at one of your stores. I recently purchased a set of clippers specifically designed for cutting a bald head. Visited this location this morning & I found it very odd that when I asked the Associate (A young woman who looks of asian descent, did not get her name) where the needle & thread was located , instead of saying that they were out of stock.. she proceeded to say there aren’t any Sally’s location that sell needle and thread… If you didn’t know, just say that… don’t lie to my face.. I just went to Sally’s on 7333 W Thomas Road #36 Phoenix, AZ 85033 and got the needle & thread after you told me no location sells it.
