The CSR(s) were great help, and went above and beyond as I shopped for my daughter who is in the Paul Mitchell cosmetology school off of Omaha street.
P.S.A - They are not professionals, and should not be giving advice. As a correction specialist, this is very dangerous and I have seen many chemical burns, reactions, etc. Take my advice with love & care. It is illegal to be presenting yourself as a beauty professional without a license. Things have also changed so much with products and concentration. The staff are very friendly and they are great at explaining the different products. I got everything I needed and then some. I will be coming back. So excited to have a place to get products I need....
