I went in here to get some hair dye, and unfortunately my experience in there was not good at all. The lady working was very pushy and seemed annoyed whenever I had asked questions or looked around. At one point, I had the products I needed in my hands and was looking for something else and she looked at me and said, “You can set that stuff at the register for a hands-free shopping experience.” The way it was said made me feel like I was being suspected of stealing, which made me uncomfortable. this location has always been extremely helpful to me. being a sahm i often have my littles with me and that can be hard to manuver in this store. the sweet gal working last i went saw my hands full and went out her way to help me gather everything ❤️ the website is atrocious, only good way to go is in person and theyll treat you right 🙌
All the experiences I have had here have been amazing, I come in sometimes with or without friends, mkayla is such a nice and helpful employee and I definitely look forward to seeing her anytime I am in there
Came in today, staff was helpful. When I went to check out 30.00 worth of stuff they were unable to break my 100.00. It's a business they should be able to handle ALL transactions. I will not be back.
