Hi yall, I went into the sally beauty in 4$ and told the lady that I wanted to exchange a color I had bought but didn’t have the receipt, I told her they had sent it through email and then she proceed to tell me that she couldn’t give me a refund when she finish I said yes that what I wanted then I got the color came back and she said I had already passed my 30 day when I had made the purchase one week before I told her my number and said there was nothing there. The store manager , who was the only one there was probably the most vindictive person I’ve ever encountered. Sales and customer service go hand and hand so I was appalled when asking a question that she would respond with just irritation and condescending voice . Let’s remind ourselves it’s a Sally’s beauty supply store not a real hair salon. There’s been multiple complaints towards this woman and nothing has been done.
