Extremely unhelpful And clueless staff. They will stand upfront on their phone instead of coming to see if you need any help even if you go up to the counter and ask for help, they have no idea what any of the products do. I just went in with my hands full because I had my two toddlers with me. I struggled in the aisle for 15 minutes, Went upfront to ask a question, got no answer, just a confused look. Have been in to this location numerous times because it’s the one closest to me. Only ONCE when I’ve been in there has an associate offer assistance. Wish I could remember her name because she was sweet and helpful, but I wouldn’t doubt if she isn’t there anymore. Every other time I’ve been and been ignored. This store has no staff, no products, and it closes periodically without any notices to the customers! The staff who is there is and knows nothing about the products they are selling. This is the worst Sally Beauty Store ever! If I could, I would give them 0 stars.
This store is out of stock of nearly everything. The store had no air conditioning. It was so hot in that store. I bet it was 90 degrees in the store. The worker didn't know anything about the products. It's pitiful.
I’ve gone to this store, 3 days in a row and they keep saying they’re temporarily closed. This is after they called me and said I had an order there ready to pick up. The employees that were inside kept trying to dismiss me from the window each time I tried to pick my order up. This is not professional at all. The one girl in side said she called the district manager and said I either have to come back the 4th day, or cancel my order. Best better believe that order is getting cancelled and I won’t be shopping here at Sally’s... read more
