My wife and I went to the sallys beauty supply store in roanoke nc today to buy some hair products. It was about 11:30, this morning on September 11, 2024. My wife asked for s pencil sharpener, there was numerous styles My wife how much were they the girl was rude and unprofessional. I knew she was mad, I don't know why cause her face had a mean look. This is girl is racist, rude, and if I was her boss I'd fire her, I'm sure she's not like that to black people.

How annoying. I get to the store at 10am when they are scheduled to open and doors are still locked with employees inside. I knocked and waved my arms and no one helped me. I stood outside until I just got fed up. I'm taking my business else where, do better. (Doors are still locked as I'm writing this btw)

I always have pleasant experiences coming into this store. Brittany is an exceptional employee who creates a warm and welcoming environment and is more than accommodating to the customer needs. She is kind and personable and makes it exciting to visit my local sally’s.

After having an awful hair mishap, I did what any girl would do and immediately went to Sally’s. I was immediately greeted and the GM helped me herself. She was very honest and sympathetic to me and let me know what I could and couldn’t do with my hair without more damage. In the end, my hair was fixed. Highly Recommend this location.
