Honestly so disappointed in the professionalism at this store. The young lady at the front was cussing up a storm to the, I believe new hire? Then when I asked about a product and if it were to be mixed with the compatible lightener I was met with attitude. “That’s not even lightener… so no”. Even tho it clearly said lightener on the package. I let her know and then showed her how the other additive said to combine them.. she just goes “oh then yeah”. Her lack of product knowledge was also alarming. Over all just appalled.

Employees didn't greet or offer me help. They greeted and helped every customer that came in after me. Felt like they could have been prejudice. So I left.

They’re lazy never ever unpack boxes and have products! Been there 5 mondays in a row. Always asked to come back because they have products thats still sitting in the back! I absolutely hate this location.

Store never opens on time. Store closed at 1009 am with note door be back shortly with no time. People not trained on products. Quantity of products are always low or non existant.
