Absolutely had the WORST customer experience here. Rude rude rude staff. Unhelpful and slow. Out of stock in many items. But mainly the review is for the service (or rather, lack thereof). Planning on getting my beauty items elsewhere.

I tried to come in to the store at 9 am. the time on the door and google told me that the store will open at 9 am. So at 9:15 one of the workers decides to go in and lock it back up even though it’s should be open and I needed something for work. Worker didn’t even want to acknowledge that I was at the door.

I don't understand why a store that sells products never has anything in stock. I have tried several times to buy products, only to find the products not available. I am officially done with this location. The manager also could take some lessons in customer service.

I’ve had repeated issues with a manager at this Sally’s location. Every time I try to return something—even with the product and receipt—I get told they ‘can’t’ help or don’t know how. The first time, I asked if I could return an item from another Sally’s store and was told no. I went to a different location and asked the same question and they said yes, so I know I was lied to. Let me start here, as soon as I walk in the door the old lady and young lady is yelling “cash” only and was just be very rude and made me feel uncomfortable I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location with these entitled people! Thanks
