Visited this store and got so much help from all the associates, specially Rhiannon. I left with everything I wanted and a solid hair dye and hair care plan ! I will be going back to this location in the future !!
Rhianna is an absolute gem! If you need ANY have ANY questions she is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful! Outside of my own questions I had about product I could hear her helping other customers too with their hair at needs. She even informed me about bulk ordering for my barbershop.
Quinn was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave recommendations and alternatives based on what was available in store. Hopefully the products work well for my hair journey.
The worker that we interacted with was very pushy and gave a lot of unsolicited advice beyond what is expected from a salesperson. When we were checking out she told us she would "give" us these extra ion products to help with the hair coloring process, which made us think she was "giving" them to us for free out of the kindness of her heart - which was really sweet in our eyes - until she proceeded to charge us for every added item without asking if we were okay with paying for the additional cost.
