The worker that we interacted with was very pushy and gave a lot of unsolicited advice beyond what is expected from a salesperson. When we were checking out she told us she would "give" us these extra ion products to help with the hair coloring process, which made us think she was "giving" them to us for free out of the kindness of her heart - which was really sweet in our eyes - until she proceeded to charge us for every added item without asking if we were okay with paying for the additional cost. The works are absolutely the worst. My grandma came in with my niece and she was wondering about the difference between hair care and hair dye and they were just telling her the stuff she is buying is hair dye my grandma isn’t the one dying her hair it’s my niece start being nicer to your clients yall have no costumer service or nothing.
