honestly horrible customer service the one time i went. the female cashier with short brownish hair was very noticeably sassy and rude. she tossed my items and receipt into the paper bag with no care, and no eye contact either. then in an obviously annoyed voice said, “have a good day.” the sally store itself isn’t bad at all, they have a good, wide selection of items. she was also on her phone the entire time and doesn’t greet you when you enter. thanks a lot!
I called their number and I talked to the staff to ask if they have a mannequin head and how long the hair is. The staff didn’t know how long and never find out for me also she didn’t know if its layered or non layered hair so I still need to come to their store to check it in person. So hassle for me.
