I want to love this location because it local. Usually they can be helpful really depends on who is working I guess. If you shut the store down for lunch or early put a sign on the door, make a social media post update your hours that your closed during the middle of the day because of whatever. Twice I have drove over to try to get the products we need and they have been closed randomly during the day and week. very frustrating.
Took my girlfriend to this sally location to get hair color. We werenever greeted and not once asked if we needed assistance. I went to the counter at one point to see if they had any more of a color. One lady just shook her head and said no. Went back to shopping. Ended up leaving without any other interaction with employees.
Called to ask about Wella sale and the lady that stated she was the manager (called at 1pm) was very rude and told me she does not know, she thinks the sale starts tomorrow and that she is busy putting up signs and it’s a mess. I hung up and called the Lexington store and the young lady went to check and told me that they are currently on sale. No matter how loyal of a customer you are and how much of your hard earned money you spend there, they will NOT refund you. For the first time in over seven years of shopping at Sally’s beauty, I made my first attempt at getting a refund for products I was not happy with and they refused to me. I was well within the 60 days policy on the refund policy on both the back of my receipt and the sally beauty website and I was returning product that the return policy said I could return, and they flat out refused.
