Called to ask about Wella sale and the lady that stated she was the manager (called at 1pm) was very rude and told me she does not know, she thinks the sale starts tomorrow and that she is busy putting up signs and it’s a mess. No matter how loyal of a customer you are and how much of your hard earned money you spend there, they will NOT refund you. For the first time in over seven years of shopping at Sally’s beauty, I made my first attempt at getting a refund for products I was not happy with and they refused to me.
