Remmi was amazing and took time explaining different shampoos to me and my hair type and needs. She was so sweet and had fun with us!
my experience with Remi was AMAZING. she asked what i was coming in for, and i told her i wanted calico hair. Remi went over products with me for 20+ minutes seeing what i wanted, and what my hair needed and what would be less damaging. she gave me the advice and correct products to take 4+ years of black box dye out to get blonde/red hair for my calico. i’ve been going to sally’s for years and ive never met anyone as helpful as her 10/10.
Making customers feel like they can’t simply browse without being hovered over is both annoying and rude. If you ask someone if they need help and they say “no,” there’s no reason to ask again eight more times or stand in the aisle staring at them while pretending to do something else. Respect their space, if they need help, they’ll ask.
