Making customers feel like they can’t simply browse without being hovered over is both annoying and rude. If you ask someone if they need help and they say “no,” there’s no reason to ask again eight more times or stand in the aisle staring at them while pretending to do something else. Respect their space, if they need help, they’ll ask.

I purchased AA hair color and the result was purple. Not only is this false advertising but the company failed to ensure product integrity before purchase. A blonde woman rung me up. At 3:31pm on 10/1/24. I normally don’t like to complain but this is completely unacceptable. False advertising.
