Awesome customer service, and the store was clean and orderly with assistance available, but not hovering.
The ladies that work here are always so helpful and patient when helping me decide on products.
I been buying this edge Gel called silk Elements strength and silk Edge Gel with coconut oil and silk. I been buying it for years my daughter told me about it love it. I have been going to the Daytonmall store for months trying to find it. They tell me the same thing it not in stock ok since the winter. I also called other stores for it Kettering, Beavercreek there saying the same thing. Not good at all not good.
Casey helped me pick some hair supplies and made sure I had everything I needed. It was helpful that she has experience in the beauty field and was able to help me with my frizzy hair. Also they had a big 4 for $30 sale and I saved so so much $$! Hair swatches were helpful and the store was clean.
The ladies that work here are nice and happy to help. I have been to many locations but this one is my favorite.
