I will never go back to this store the employee instead of greeting us said you have 7 minutes til I close and continued on her phone never offered to help and when 6:59 hit and I was ready to pay she said she couldn’t check us out because it was 7:00 on the dot and she needed to close and that we need to leave know if I could give this location zero stars I would I have never experienced this at any store and this was my first and last time coming to the Suncity Sallys.

Poor customer service. No greeting upon customer entry. Lack of eye contact.

Poor customer service. One of the employees was rude not just once but the times I’ve gone. This is why I avoid this location, they always seemed bothered that customers are in the store and they don’t greet you nicely or ask if you need any help. If you’re not a people person then don’t work at retail places because people can feel your rudeness & bad attitude!

A Post before mine sums it up pretty well. The employees here suck. At least one. one didn’t really do anything while the other one was rude AF. Plus she overcharged me. When I asked her how she did was go back and correct it, but she didn’t say why it overcharged. I told her that the labor rate below her add the two prices. Watch your receipts when you’re walking out it might only be 20 or .30 but it doesn’t matter. I’m pretty sure she did it on purpose.
