I shop at Sally’s a few times a year, often enough for them to have a record of the many times I have bought the same color formulas. Today the manager Kandace was immediately helpful, she looked up the formula and I was able to find the color matches quickly. I was trying to find a third color because I wanted to try to change it a tiny bit with one new shade but needed a second to look. I went in about 2 months ago, I was greeted by a very nice lady who happens to be the store manager, I needed to purchase a flat iron and she explained the different ones to me and I purchased it, she told me if I didn't like it no worries to come in and exchange it . My daughter and I went to Sally's today and were greeted by a very wonderful young lady, Emily. She had very good energy and made our day. My daughter just can't stop talking about her.
