Went to the store at 5pm closing time is supposed to be 8pm there was a sign stating we will back soon and I waited outside for an hour and no one came to open the doors . I watched many people coming just to turn around because no one is there. This is unacceptable
Walked in and was helped immediately! I had no idea what to buy and was guided the whole way. Will definitely rerun!
Employees were just talking to each other in the back corner of the store, had to wait for someone to come up and check me out
