Walked in and was helped immediately! I had no idea what to buy and was guided the whole way. Will definitely rerun!
Employees were just talking to each other in the back corner of the store, had to wait for someone to come up and check me out
I showed up at 5:35 just to come to a closed door and a sign saying no one will be there for the next 30 min. If employees need a break or lunch break, there should absolutely be another employee. Especially considering it being 5:30pm on a Thursday.
really clean store, and we were greeted well but my mom asked if they had 3 of either root touch ups she showed them and they didn't even bother to walk over to check or even try to look and just said no, meanwhile i had already walked over and found one of the items she was asking for.... usually dont leave reviews but this irked me because if i hadn't been with my mom she wouldn't have gotten the item she's been looking for cause they didn't take the time to help her at all.
There are almost no products or varieties, but the staff is very friendly and they help you if you have any questions.
