The person's behind the counter are miss understanding in how to treat their customers and try to up sale them and ever lie and refuse to allow the customer to return a broken or anone working product.
Don and another employee (blonde lady) were super duper helpful with bleaching and coloring hair. 10/10 thank you so much.
The store manager is the most uncouth unprofessional manager I have ever encountered. I would love to meet the AE/FE who hired him! I have high expectations of training and education having worked for prestigious skin care companies. So I guess Sally’s standards are.NOT THAT IMPORTANT IN THE FIELD OF GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I write a lot of reviews mostly are exceptional service / BUSINESSES. This review is sadly NOT A GREAT ONE! Sally pls educate your staff!
