Came in on 11-21-25 around 6pm and witnessed a disgusting display of misogyny/racism from 2 workers. A black man came in looking for help, and after giving him fake customer service, immediately talked shit about him after he left. One said how he probably doesn’t “wash his ass” and how one worker didn’t even want to engage and was thankful the other one stepped in to help. I went to this location for the first time Tuesday morning (7/15/25). My intention was just to buy some shampoo and conditioner. I was greeted with a friendly voice while I walked in the door... not only that but the sweet lady actually walked out from behind the desk to me and asked if I needed any help. She checked on me a few times to make sure I was still ok too. She was very attentive. When I was ready to check out, I asked her about a product and she was able to tell me about it. This location lacks customer service unless you look a certain way. Two associates on 06/19/2025 at 4 pm ish couldn’t say excuse me because I wasn’t dressed to impress.
