I went to this location for the first time Tuesday morning (7/15/25). My intention was just to buy some shampoo and conditioner. I was greeted with a friendly voice while I walked in the door... not only that but the sweet lady actually walked out from behind the desk to me and asked if I needed any help. This location lacks customer service unless you look a certain way. Two associates on 06/19/2025 at 4 pm ish couldn’t say excuse me because I wasn’t dressed to impress.
Beware of returns at this location. I returned something and they said it would go back on my original payment. It never did. I called the store, corporate, and my card company. Corporate says the return was complete, but I never got my money back.
I asked for help to find clip in extensions and I thought I got them when I came home they didn’t have the clips and the lady told me they were final sale now idk what to do with them I’m pretty disappointed
