Miss Sophia, the new manager, literally, disrespected and elderly lady, motioned her hands for the lady to speak faster lied about that. They didn’t have hair thinning products, and then just told her to go to another store. It was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and was being extremely disrespectful to a 70+-year-old lady and left The store crying this lady needs to be fired and I will be calling corporate
First let me start off by simply saying if I was able to leave no stars I would. In all my years of coming to Sally Beauty on 49 I have never been treated this way. The new manager is unbelievable RUDE. Her name is Sophia I believe. (Just to clarify for any of my fellow Sally beauty shoppers.
