Does anyone have any training? I went the first time and got ultra light blond and ended up with dark red hair. Went back and was told to use the hair colour removal crystals and use a clarifying shampoo. Hair is still red but a bit lighter.came home with very 9 light blond 9N and a 10 toner. Just used it. Now have a light red shade. Whaaaa!

Went to Sally beauty looking for alternate hair dye that would possibly fix my hair. I had a nice lady help me. After using the dye on my hair I found my hands being stained by the dye. I called the store and the lady told me I needed a hair sealer. I was not very happy that I was not told about this when I purchased the dye. We asked about brush used to apply dye they up saled with a offer of bowl. So, why not sealer. I think it would be more helpful if your employees would follow through with customers when making purchase... read more

Awesome! Realy helpful staff, although i do wish they had a wider variety for curly hair, specifically brushes and products for dry styling curls

Shayla has been such amazing help!!! She’s literally awesome. Her customer service goes over and beyond, especially today. She’s super helpful every time I come in. I really value her knowledge on what she has to say. Thank you!
