Amazing service from a worker with helping me get what I needed.
I dye my hair pretty frequently so I'm often making trips to Sally Beauty. I always receive exceptional customer service and if I ever need advice the staff are always extremely helpful. Today the two staff members were super friendly and made the experience even better with how welcoming they made the store feel. I never have poor customer service here and again the staff made my trip enjoyable.

This is the second time I have been to Sally's. And both times have been incredible. The gal I had today oct. 12, 2024 has brown hair and forgive me I forget her name. But she was awesome. She not only listened but gave me exactly what I asked for, told me how, i went home followed her instructions and results were exactly what I wanted and matched perfectly! Thank you thank you thank you!
