Each and every time I’ve gone to this location I’ve had wonderful people help me out. My son’s wedding is coming up and I need to fix a color situation and they told me the exact thing to do and it was perfect and fixed it. Thank you so much!

I’ve gone in there twice for a specific brand of hard-to-find hair color in nontoxic powder formulation and am very impressed with the selection of hair and beauty supply products! I’m just a consumer not in the trade. Both times the service was very good. The pricing is good and I’ve heard the return policy is flexible so what’s not to like? FYI it’s a few storefronts to the right of the new Trader Joe’s.
Worst Customer Service ever, would give 0 stars. Needed help with finding out why I placed an order and no one from Sally’s can find it but yet it came out of the bank account. Asked for help and all the responses from the worker was “unfortunately I can’t help you” do you know someone who that can help me “unfortunately I don’t “ so rude and unhelpful.
