Ramona was a COMPLETE TREASURE! She told me so kindly not to purchase an item I went in the store purposefully for. I had to return the item the next day and she was in the store. Ramona graciously offered me a refund with laughter and LOVE! 🐟 #FishoutINTL 🐟

The sales associate was very informative and helpful. I was looking for a specific color, but unfortunately it was out of stock. She helped me figure out what colors would work for me. It was a great experience and my hair turned out just the way I wanted it to.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I have been a client for 5 years, and I have always had the front desk ladies help me find products. I have spent a lot of money because I like the products. This time, I was trying to find a new brand because the previous the previous one had treenuts, and because of allergies, I couldn't use them at home. I am a repeat shopper. This is the location that I visit And purchase from often. My visit today did not go great. Ramona Would not honor my clearance item even though the m exact brand was still on the shelf. Not only that, but I had asked her about my coupons before we got started checking out and she completely disregarded or forgot that she didn’t apply them. I understand these things happen, but it’s all about how you respond. She is very dismissive and doesn’t care about fixing the issue
