I wasn’t expecting the shop to close at 6 I figured it was around a okay time to show up then. When I showed up I was treated like I wasn’t welcome and she said you only have 1 minute so hurry up. Ramona was a COMPLETE TREASURE! She told me so kindly not to purchase an item I went in the store purposefully for. I had to return the item the next day and she was in the store. Ramona graciously offered me a refund with laughter and LOVE! 🐟 #FishoutINTL 🐟

The sales associate was very informative and helpful. I was looking for a specific color, but unfortunately it was out of stock. She helped me figure out what colors would work for me. It was a great experience and my hair turned out just the way I wanted it to.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I have been a client for 5 years, and I have always had the front desk ladies help me find products. I have spent a lot of money because I like the products.
