The two people working today were so helpful. One of them took the time to gather all suppliez and offer step by step instructions to dye my hair. They went above and beyond!

I wasn’t expecting the shop to close at 6 I figured it was around a okay time to show up then. When I showed up I was treated like I wasn’t welcome and she said you only have 1 minute so hurry up. Stating that it was 5:59. I started to look faster thinking maybe she’ll spare me an extra second but she yelled times up come check out. I was confused why she was treating me like a child. Ramona was a COMPLETE TREASURE! She told me so kindly not to purchase an item I went in the store purposefully for. I had to return the item the next day and she was in the store. Ramona graciously offered me a refund with laughter and LOVE! 🐟 #FishoutINTL 🐟

The sales associate was very informative and helpful. I was looking for a specific color, but unfortunately it was out of stock. She helped me figure out what colors would work for me. It was a great experience and my hair turned out just the way I wanted it to.
