i walked in, was asked what i was there for, and she handed the items to me. i started to walk to where she was to see the prices and she was almost blocking the way to continue down the isle. she did not want me to shop around. she took the items and swiftly ushered me to the register. granted, she was at the register, but when other customers came in her greeting and demeanor was different towards them. very disappointing as she too would know what it’s like to be discriminated against.
So I bought two packs of lashes and they both have been stripped of the glue they’re supposed to come with… I really like that glue lol side note, the cashier woman was super friendly and sweet!
Very unprofessional!!!!! I had an online order with confirmation email that I was not satisfied with so I needed to return it. I visited the sally beauty store at Connecticut ave to return it but the lady who was working there named Julia didn’t help me and she said she needs physical receipt. I even asked for store credit and she said. I had to call costumer service to guide her how to do my return when I have the order number.
