The store is fine, but I don't think I'll be shopping there anymore. I enjoy their products, but I don't enjoy the employees salivating for commission. I noticed that my experiences there were consistently weird and uncomfortable. After looking into it, I realize that the employees work for commission pushing certain products each month. I arrived at the Athens ohio store at 1:50 pm. it was closed. sign clearly states hours of operation where it should be open. I've seen 17 customers come and go in the last 23 minutes that I've been here. just hoping they are just out to lunch. I drove half an hour to get here. the least they could have done was put a note on the door stating when they would return or if it was closed for the day.
