What happened to this store? It used to be fun going in there and chatting with the team. New owner, new ways of doing business that is not great, seems to not care at all.
Do not like to leave bad reviews but I came in looking for some new nail polish and was greeted by the lady at the front to which she asked me “what can I help you find today” to which I replied “just browsing thanks”. Made my way down the aisle when the second sales associate asked me if I needed any help to which I once again “I’m okay thanks”. Haven’t been here in a minute. Was only in the store for maybe a minute and the man sales associate greets. But when asked for looking anything in particular had answered “no just browsing ty” simply just wanted to check out stuff on my own. But normal response you would think would just walk away and let customer browse leaving “if need anything just lemme know”.
