I used to enjoy shopping at Sally's cuz it was close to home and I enjoy the fact that you were carrying better products however every time I come there and followed around the store like I'm about to steal something my pro discount apparently doesn't come off anymore your help is rude and they never really offer a solution if there is a problem with the transaction. Autumn and Amber are Aces!! So grateful for their wealth of knowledge. I've been to many locations that are nowhynear as welcoming and willing to help! Can't thank you ladies enough!!

My favorite Sally's I've ever been to. The people are actually kind and don't seem like stuck up jerks. The one in Midland and the one in Mount pleasant have some stuck up employees or make you feel judged. Weird vibes. Not sure why since it's a hair supply store not sure what's to be so angry about... But none of that here from what I've witnessed!! I love this Sally's! Great job making your customers feel good in the store.

I didn’t catch her name, but the pretty young lady with cool hair was extremely helpful to me today! She helped me get everything i needed to dye my hair and told me what everything does and even recommended a color sealer that made my hair feel amazing. I come here often and never had such a great experience, I hope she’s working next time i come in.
