audrey was the best worker there she help me grow my hair and pointed me out to the best product sally had to offer i was so sad when i went in there and was told she no longer work their if anyone know where store she's at now so i can thank her for helping me grow my edges 🥹
My previous(las week)experience in the store wasn't good at all experienced poor customers service specially from one of the manager(like didn't want to help me). But let me tell you last night I went and I think if I'm not mistaking someone named Audry or Auldrie huge help answer all my questions this person has alot of knowledge, Thank you for all your help BTW love your
Very racist If you are black be prepared to be followed,my daughter and I came here for a wig cap and was followed the whole time they tried to play it off and act like they were asking us if we needed help, but every turn we made they were standing there watching us .
Staff was so helpful and kind to me this evening. I'm kicking myself for not getting their names but they were so nice!
