Zero stars is what this company deserves. Clearly they are using the current covid-19 pandemic as an opportunity to pad their corporate pockets. On the back of every purchase receipt is the "Sally Love it or return it Guarantee" that ALL merchandise ( save clippers) is returnable for full refund or exchange within 60 days.
