April, the manager at the Ruston, Louisiana location is awesome! I told her exactly what I needed and she helped me locate everything! I am a professional hairstylist in Texas & my Mom decided she wanted something different…Sally’s & April to the rescue! Super friendly, professional and I left with all I needed and a little hope for the retail world! Thank you, April!
Avoid buying clippers from Sally’s. There is a no refund or exchange policy, even if you purchase their so-called “Protection Plan.” Instead of an in-store resolution, you’re required to mail the product out and wait for reimbursement—an intentionally inconvenient process that most people won’t follow through with. At that point, the “protection” feels more like a profit strategy than a customer benefit.

The manager at this store is very unprofessional. She is rude and insolent, not to mention how inappropriately she dresses. I will drive to Shreveport or Monroe before shopping in the Ruston store again.
