I purchased a set of clippers but didnt realized I purchased the wrong ones. Once i realized i got the wrong ones, maybe 5 minutes, i walked back in to exchange for the ones I needed. The employee whos name is RAYMAL, refused to make the exchange, when the receipt specifically stated I could if box was unopened/unused with 60 days. In addition to the refusal, I found the employee's behavior to be unprofessional and discourteous. She was visibly rude because I didn't speak spanish. RUDE!!
Came home and opened the pomade I purchased and its already open. Smh! I came back all the way from the house to the store right away and the person that was helping me us if I open it. Why will I open it and come back to return it? Smh and he said he was the manager? No customer service.
The clerk took very long to wait on two customers I won't be back to this location
