Perhaps hiring people who can read English correctly would help. For some reason the wrong color was put in my pick up order, I will be going inside to grab my items since it’s too confusing for the workers who work their to understand L’Oréal Red and intense Red are not the same. I’ve had other problems repeatedly with this store. Tired of the issues and attitude from all the staff at this Sally’s.
Y’all are giving away samples of texture ID. This product is awful, I used it once and my hair became super dry and started coming out like it was when I had chemo. STOP GIBING THIS AWAY. IT IS AWFUL.
Went to sally’s today for the first time in a good while and had the best customer service I had ever had!!! Was greeted as soon as I walked in,… she was amazing!! Muchas gracias ☺️
I purchased a set of clippers but didnt realized I purchased the wrong ones. Once i realized i got the wrong ones, maybe 5 minutes, i walked back in to exchange for the ones I needed. The employee whos name is RAYMAL, refused to make the exchange, when the receipt specifically stated I could if box was unopened/unused with 60 days. In addition to the refusal, I found the employee's behavior to be unprofessional and discourteous. She was visibly rude because I didn't speak spanish.
