Went in on a wednesday afternoon looking for some products to color my hair, I had many questions regarding coloring, bleaching and toning for my hair. All my questions were answered by a sweet employee named Courtney, she walked me though the steps on how I should go about the whole process. Would definitely recommend coming here.
Went in on a Wednesday morning, looking for products to bleach and tone.. as it was my first time, I had many questions which were all answered by Courtney who was very patient and helpful!
I have never met a Sally's Beauty Supply store that I didn't like. Until now. The product was more expensive than the app. Employees were rude, with one staring at my sons and I while she checked out another customer. (Why make it weird??? I was just in line to purchase something!) And a pair of earrings were more at the register because they were in the wrong place. So we're expected to double check the balconies. I will never come back and will just order online while I'm living in this bummer city.
The girl with the pink hair was absolutely AMAZING! 💕 She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She actually went around and picked out all the items I needed, making everything so much easier for me. She was incredibly kind, patient, and had such a wonderful attitude. 🥰 I’m honestly mad at myself that I didn’t get her name!
