1st of all do not trust none of the employees, they will suggest wrong products, and on top tell you that there is no warranty. Well there is, visit sallys web, store must reimburse for the products you are not happy with. Just bring receipt and used products. Attitude is horrible. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE WEAVE
I purchased a T-outliner and when I got home to use it, I noticed the blade had a few cracked teeth. I went back to the store for an exchange as soon as they opened the next day and was told there are no refunds or exchanges. That was not said at the time of purchase. Buyer beware, open everything at the counter before you leave this store.
