I walked in with black & blue hair. The young lady employe was very helpful. She told me what I needed to do. Gave me the supplies to get the color I wanted-gray. Truly grateful for her knowledge and assistance. I think her name was Sophia.

This place is deceptive in its practices. I would give them "0" star if permitted. We purchased some earrings on December 18th, that we were informed could be returned if not needed. On December 22nd, we decided to drop by and return the items and they flat out refused to take the 3 pairs of earrings, and refund the costs as promised during the initial purchase. Kind of strange they make you build a profile even though you don't want an account even if you have a receipt for a return

I went to buy a shaver for my husband and the employee recommended one that was the best. When I got home, the shaver didn't work at all. I went back to the store and explained to him that it didn't work, and he told me there was nothing he could do, meaning I lost my money. I don't recommend it.

1st of all do not trust none of the employees, they will suggest wrong products, and on top tell you that there is no warranty. Well there is, visit sallys web, store must reimburse for the products you are not happy with. Just bring receipt and used products. Attitude is horrible. I would not be surprised if this location closes in a nearest future. I corrected my hair with a L'Oreal toner from Walmart, and bought protein, other great products from TikTok shop.
