Asked the lady to help me pick out a blue hair dye I got home used it my hair was not close to blue but pitch black I specifically said I wanted to dye my hair blue she picked the hair dye for me my hair is now black a color I never wanted

Knowledge base is hit or miss. If you connect online a licensed stylist can give you great information. I wish the staff was better trained.

**Terrible Experience with Extremely Rude Customer Service** I had one of the worst experiences at Sally Beauty recently. My boyfriend and I were shopping, and since my phone was about to die, we politely asked if we could plug in my phone (we had our own charger) to get directions home.
