I visited this Sally Beauty recently and honestly the store was very small and had a quiet, awkward feeling. The store itself was clean, but they barely had any hair products in stock. There was no braiding hair, wigs, crochet hair, or other popular beauty items. A lot of shelves looked empty, products were laying around, or they simply didn’t carry the items I was looking for. I expected a lot more variety from a beauty supply store. Hopefully they restock and expand their selection soon.

I just left this location and when I tell you the customer service was terrible. No greeting upon my entrance. I inquired about what i came to purchase and she pointed to where it may be and did not come to get it from the lock. We get to the register, I inquired about a blow dryer that appeared to be on sale, her response was very short. No showing it to me or giving me the correct price. Please stop taking jobs that you don’t want to be at!

Just left Sally Beauty, Hunter was my associate and she was great. Walked me through the products, informed me of what they do and what texture the product was good on. Thank you, Hunter. Manger not so great. Purchased product buy one get one 50%off and they had no additional product. Offer no solution. Sad. Manager unable to think outside the box to satisfy customer and obtain my business. Newer generation unable or haven’t been taught customer satisfaction matters. It says they open at 10am came today at 11:20am and the door was locked an no one was answering the phone.
