They have excellent customer service. I have been going to this Sally's for a long time, I was raised in New Smyrna Beach ⛱️. Very professional Ladies that work there. 5 🌟
If I could give this Sally Beauty -5 stars, I would. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for about two years. I come in every month to buy my hair dye and hair care products and usually spend around $200 each month, so I know the staff and the store very well. Unfortunately, one employee (the woman with curly hair) has made my visits extremely uncomfortable. Every time I shop, she follows me around the store very closely, watching me the entire time. I do not remember the manager’s name but she was so nice and extremely helpful!!
Visited the store on Wednesday September 3rd. Michigan girl Sam was helpful and kind. She helped me and my daughter decide on color and developer. We will be back to this location.
