I went and buy to dye my hair and the color didn't work so I went today to tell the lady and she refused to give me back my money she just refund me10.06 ..of the total 40.35🤬 bad service too!!! This is BS
Came on the 10 for Mother’s Day and Nelly helped me pick out the best hair products. She was so helpful they should have more employees like her. Edit a couple months later: came after work in a rush and Elieen went out of her way to help me. I’m not sure why they don’t update their hours online, the store closes at 8pm but says 9pm online, they should really change that, I drove here thinking I had time but they were already closed!!! That’s frustrating.
I cannot remember her name but she was the only one there that day. She was very informative and has such great customer service
