I am not one to leave reviews, but the woman helping me at the register today was rude and had a nasty attitude for no reason. If you don’t enjoy your job or can’t handle customers asking simple questions, then maybe you need to find a different job.
I went and buy to dye my hair and the color didn't work so I went today to tell the lady and she refused to give me back my money she just refund me10.06 ..of the total 40.35🤬 bad service too!!! This is BS
Came on the 10 for Mother’s Day and Nelly helped me pick out the best hair products. She was so helpful they should have more employees like her. Edit a couple months later: came after work in a rush and Elieen went out of her way to help me. Very good service at this Sally’s they never disappoint 😊🙏 Edit a couple years later: came in on random Friday to revamp my own hair care routine and Lin up front was such a gem! I’m not sure why they don’t update their hours online, the store closes at 8pm but says 9pm online, they should really change that, I drove here thinking I had time but they were already closed!!! That’s frustrating.
