I popped in to grab some hair dye and the sales rep was super helpful. I was shooting for a color similar to her locs and she showed me the colors that she used along with recommending other products that I may need. Top notch service 👌🏾
I went to the one in Rincon on May 10, 2025 and the ladies was acting funny. I'm n African American woman. When I asked what was in some of the relaxers they said they didn't know and blew me off. I found one box and showed them and again they blew me off. Very bad customer service. I'm one unhappy customer

This was on 2/23/2025 and started around 3:45pm. The woman with dark, short, curled hair with red/pink highlights was wonderful to me and very helpful. The man at the register however was looking for a confrontation and trying to get a reaction out of me because of the type of vehicle I showed up in. I just let him say all the ignorant, uneducated things he wanted while the nice lady I mentioned at the beginning, helped me find what I was looking for.
