Apparently the entire store closes when someone has to pick up their kids or something. Never heard of that but ok. I guess good luck catching them when they feel like finishing a shift.

Showed up around 3 pm today. They had a sign on the door that said they’d be closed randomly from 2-4 pm today. We waited around until 4 pm, then 4:10, then 4:15. No one ever showed up. Really annoyed that we drove half an hour for them to be closed in the middle of the day for no reason.

Bought a clipper blade a week ago and when i took it out of the package it was disassembled and had clipper hairs on it. I called Sally's and they told me they dont accept returns and that's how the blades come. I was able to get ahold of osters today and they are replacing the blade for me because no that's not how they come and it's extremely difficult to get the tension right when putting the blade together yourself when you're untrained on how to do so.
