We walked in with a long list of items we needed because up until now, Sally’s was the place to find everything for hair and nails. The girl behind the register was so rude we left in under 15 seconds. As a 20 year plus customer I was shocked.
Staff is rude and talk about you. Store manager does nothing to even try to accommodate customers. Worst possible customer service ever!!

Its a Good store but I never see them communicate with anybody but I'll still support them with a 5 star because they have a good security guard on site very professional but I think the security guard and the blue hair girl from the site is way more professional then everybody in the store I just wish the store would not use there phone and talk to people more it's very unprofessional when your never talking to anybody
3-27-2025 @ 11:20am I went to this store and they need people with costumer services experience. They have a rude lady that is only in her phone and not helping people at all. I fell sorry for this store if she is there. Be aware.
