Service worker was not knowledgeable about products. Had to read and guess what the product Might do .. right in front of me. Product Families were missing from the shelves....For Example - conditioner is there but not the shampoo. Oil missing, but holding spray is there.
I had a wonderful experience thanks to Jasmine! She was an absolute gem. She knew exactly where every product was and helped me navigate everything with her excellent communication skills. She got me in and out efficiently and made the whole visit stress-free. If you need color advice or product help, ask for Jasmine!
