The woman with pink hair helped me and she was so sweet. I've recently had to change how I do my purple dye and she helped me find something that would be as purple as possible without bleaching.

I live in Columbus but drive back-and-forth from Jackson to Columbus, I stopped at this Sally's for the first time on my way home yesterday October 28th around 5 PM. There was only one girl working, I wish I got her name (i'm sure she told me but I forget ) I just want to say how amazing she was. I go to the Sally's here in Columbus often so I am aware that the employees are always friendly and try to help but this girl went above and beyond!!! I used the online free hair advice chat, and it was super legit. Helped me find the right color I was looking for with all the things I needed. Everytime I go inside this sallys the employee's are more than willing to help me find everything I need. I feel comfortable going inside to get hair supplies with the help of these employees!!
