As I literally live in this place. (I go almost every week) The ladies here know me and give me excellent services every-time I go. However today was a very upsetting day and left me genuinely in tears. As i’m not a hair stylist or know anything about dying hair. I occasionally dye my hair at home and never had a problem until today. I had told the ladies working, one of them being the store manager and the other just the worker. Today, I went to make a purchase, but the employee, a very pleasant young lady, informed me that the manager mandates obtaining a phone number or email address from each customer prior to any transaction. I chose not to share my personal information. She explained that this was a store requirement set by her manager for making purchases. Consequently, due to my decision not to provide this information, I was unable to buy the product I needed and left the store without it.
