I shop this location many times a month. Michelle and Amity are always so friendly and very helpful with anything I might need. Next time you’re in, make sure you ask for either one of them because they are amazing sales women who know their product!!!!
I went here to get bleach to color my hair. The young lady who helped knew a lot about the products she was showing me and was very helpful in finding the right products for my hair!
There is a very poor disconnect between the education in the store, and the online promotions.
Update your store hours for troy location. Online says 9 we go to the store and they just closed at 7. Nothing like wasting gas thinking they were open.
I have the employees name in my car, but before I forget to share, I had a crazy day and a sleeping infant in my car. I called to see if they did call ahead orders. Not only did the employee go shopping for me, she also came out to my car, gathered my debit card, rang me out and brought my products out to me so I didn't have to wake my baby. 😭😭 That was the nicest thing someone has done for me in a long time and I appreciated it so much.
