The manager at this store is truly a Gem! (vibrant purple hair, but didn’t catch her name) I’ve been here twice while she’s on shift, she’s been nothing more than super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Quite frankly, I don’t think I’ve ever had a negative experience at this location with any staff member, they’re all very friendly and always willing to give alternative similar product suggestions if an item is not in stock. I would certainly recommend this location to others.
First time going to Sally's, and the manager (sadly didn't get her name, awesome dark to teal hair) was so helpful!! I knew vaguely what I wanted and she helped me find everything and give me some really good recommendations for my hair! Let me peruse (first timer, was looking at everything)without being judged but chimed in when she had a recommmendation. She was so nice and helpful! Give her a raise!

Everytime i try to go they are closed with a handwritten sign. Three times so far and It is ridiculous.
