The staff were very helpful and very nice! They listened to what I wanted and got me exactly what I needed for my hair!
Rita was very helpful and sweet. She made the shopping experience so fun and easy. She took time to find a product that worked for me and made sure it was what I was looking for. Will definitely be coming back!
Omg the person who helped me was so kind, they helped me find the correct color remover, they talked me through the steps of what I would be doing, etc. They went out of their way to make sure that I didn't fry my hair off within my budget with quality products, and by god they were the sweetest person I've ever met. I understand this is their job but they still went out of their way and were totally awesome.
Friend got me the wrong pair of clippers and they wouldn’t let me get refund or atleast exchange them
