Clerk named Whitney was AMAZING! The other girls I have dealt with were great also! I just had a personal encounter with Whitney helping me with my hair needs. I have very dark hair, always wanted to go blonde and this was my first time. We were unsure if my hair would lighten, BUT, Whitney shared her magical knowledge and expertise with me and gave me on what products to get, and I am absolutely amazed by the results! I went in to buy a lash remover I was asked if I needed help with anything she pointed to me at one, and I asked her if that would actually work since it was a Falscara Remover I showed her the lashes I had and they where cluster lashes and she specifically told me it would work lol . Definitely did not work
