So I am updating my review, but not my rating. I walked in here with my brother and husband looking for color to do my next hair coloring project. The lady most definitely came off as rude. First off, I got the name of the color wrong and she claimed they never had it there. I came here on a Monday at 1pm. Hours for this location are listed 9am-7pm. I don’t understand how they aren’t open in the middle of the day.

I'm sitting here, been waiting for 10 minutes and they still aren't open. I see other reviews where they are listed as being open at 9am and not. Hire reliable people that can be there to open the store or change the time. This is really an inconvenience I drove down here early for no reason now have to find somewhere else to go

They aren't opened. I picked this Sally's in particular cause they open at 9am vs the usual 10am. I'm very upset it's 9:39am on a Tuesday. I just left about 10 minutes ago. Hours say 9am-7pm online and the door. Very big inconvenience.

New review: Al was fantastic, very informative and helpful! So so happy we stopped in today! Old review. We gave them another shot and Greg made all the difference.
