I called to inquire there location and the woman Natalie was not nice at all. I asked for the owner, when l was leaving. She said she was the manager. I express to her that her customer service could be better. I was not trying to be rude, but to someone who is already on the spectrum. It is hard to communicate with them and them be civil. I just left knowing full well she had no intention on working on her attitude. Sad.

Jada D and Nathalle K from the the Watchung NJ location we’re very helpful. Customer service was elite. I came in with my friend to take advantage of the 4 for 20 deal and we left with spending double. They were personable and informative as well as provided suggestions to compliment our current purchase. It is a breath a fresh air when you encounter great customer service Ike this.

I love sally's and enjoyed working there. Store has had it's up and down in management (so i constantly edit this review) but recently i give it a thumbs up.
