I had a very wonderful experience today. McKenzie helped me and showed me a deal! She was very objective with the products. Especially, the ones she had personally used. I wish more employees were enthusiastic about what they’re selling.
it’s literally 7:47 and i was like two yards away from the door when the lady with a little longer than shoulder length black hair locked the door in front of me. lol kinda hilarious but also super rude. hope she has a horrible night tbh
I've made a trip out to this Sally's several times over the past several months, during normal business hours (as posted), and they've been closed. I'll need to shop at another Sally's going forward since this one is inconsistent with their hours. It looks like from the other reviews, I'm not the only one that's frustrated with this issue.
On January 23 store was closed as of 3 pm due to staffing issues. Seriously? No manager either? Close the dang store permanently if you can't staff it. Paying rent to closed store sure seems a waste of money.
Location was closed on a Saturday at 2pm. Not sure if it was permanently closed or a lunch break but there was no sign. The interior gate was down as well. Hours should be updated of this is a regular occurrence.
