I'm a hair professional for over 30yrs. Love this location above some others. Always clean and friendly and I can usually find what I'm looking for. June, the blonde manager knows my name and makes me feel welcome, which is a nice touch these days. I appreciate her hospitality! That's why I give this location 5 stars

Watertown South Dakota sally beauty business is truly failed me as a loyal customer for 8 years plus, I went there not long ago this month to be exact and the person working there I knew personally and she was very rude and practically treated me like a second class citizen and she basically in so many words didn’t want to serve me as a customer here and wanted me to get out of the store. Shady Shady Shady Purchased hair clippers Took them home, opened the container and it was obvious that they have been heavily used. They are filthy, covered in scratches, and full of hair. Ok, so somebody at the location made a mistake, no big deal. Not even 24 hours later I went to return the clippers and was told all clipper sales are final. I’m sorry WHAT?
